COMPANY HISTORY
Beginning in 1933, Peerless has produced pressure vessels, filtration products, and moisture separation systems. The creative genius of Mr. Donald A. Sillers, Sr., formed the cornerstone upon which Peerless was built. His patented inertial vane designs revolutionized the separation of foreign contaminants from natural gas and made possible the delivery of clean, safe fuel for use in homes and businesses. His development of devices for odorizing natural gas helped to remove fears of gas accumulations that could lead to disastrous explosions.
The same ingenuity and dedication to excellence that characterized the early years of Peerless were applied to the establishment of our environmental systems business in 1989. Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) technology was applied by Peerless engineers to reduce power plant NOx pollution.
